Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 2nd, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM EST, Oreo celebrates the finale of the Ground-Breaking "Daily Twist Campaign Ad Campaign with a a Real time Ad inspired by the suggestions from fans. In case you aren't familiar with the "Daily Twist Campaign, there are pics of some of the Daily  Twist Ads here.

Oreo fans in New York City and around the globe have a chance to make history Tuesday by inspiring the creative teams for the brand’s first-ever, live, crowd-sourced ad – the 100th in the OREO “Daily Twist” campaign which releases a new ad each day based on the latest news and pop culture of that day.

The World’s Favorite Cookie will set up a “virtual office” in Times Square where it will create a new OREO ad in mere hours based on real-time suggestions from fans. Suggestions can be submitted via OREO cookie’s Twitter page (@OREO) and Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/OREO) and could be fed live to a billboard in Times Square.

The creative teams will then develop the ad using the iconic OREO cookie and milk imagery. Fans can watch the creative process unfold live or follow the action via the OREO Facebook page and Twitter handle. From concept to creation, the final ad will debut for the entire world to see later that afternoon.

The OREO Daily Twist was inspired by the 100th birthday global print campaign that featured OREO in iconic moments in history. Looking at the world through the playful, imaginative eyes of OREO, the campaign is another way the cookie is fulfilling its mission to help people celebrate the kid inside us all.

How much fun is this?  Join me, and the rest of the OREO lovers around the world on Tuesday watching the live events unfold on Times Square and  celebrate the  kid in all of us. I'll be eating OREO cookies with Betsy Eves, @ Java Cupcake, who is in Germany, and will be participating, too. Now,  I just might have to join Twitter. What ideas would you submit?

In honor of the occasion, I made Halloween OREO Brownies, which are outrageously gooey, and decadent.  It is October after all, the season of orange, brown, and black!

    1. Caroline,
The grocery stores in America have these Halloween Oreos in October. The filling doesn't taste any different though, than the regular filling.

The Halloween Brownies are gooey and taste so good. I gave them to the neighbors, to get them out of the house, so I wouldn't eat the whole pan.
